Return and Refund Policy

At America First Cigar, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards
    • Sale items (if applicable)
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at Contact Us with your order number and reason for the return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
    • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  1. Inspection and Approval:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

  1. Defective or Damaged Items:
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at Contact Us
    • with details and photos of the damage.

Gifts

  1. Gift Returns:
    • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
    • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
